So far, Project Tamriel's Cyrodiil is just like regular Morrowind but better, inline for what I've seen with their morrowind rebuilds. Anvil is a great city, and it's full of content, frustratingly it also has the aspect of Morrowind everyone hates, the terrible direction.

> Please go and kill this colovian bear
> It is along the north road, across 2 bridges, then take a left and follow the river.
I have walked through EVERY fork of the road, they all turn North (unsurprising, the city is on the fucking SOUTHERN COAST), and after every second bridge, I turn left and there's no river.

Mages guild went from "Deliver these scrolls to a local fort" to "Find and kill a necromancer in a tomb" back to "Hey go meet this guy at the docks and escort him over here" That's it, the quest is literally walk a guy across the city, after you've been fighting skeleton legions and necrochancers. I like the focus on Necromancy though, Anvil has a big Necromancy problem that keeps coming up in the mages guild quests.

Random caravan guy on the road sold me an 'enchanted helmet' for 800 septims. The helmet isn't enchanted... SCAMMED AGAIN.
