I believe you know this already (since it's anglosphere law) but it's much harder to set precedent in the US than follow up with it. Basically what they will do instead is just follow the precedent and ban it in I dunno, maybe a month, maybe 3 months and that's all she wrote. No normie coded person is going to change an app every few months to escape the evul government.
Though of course that's just speculation, maybe they'll be happy with just 80%-90% of the people going to other apps.
