/rus/ is not Endchan, it's a board on Endchan.
This is how it works:
Endchan is a platform, where the users can upload content to.
Users are free to open their own boards.
Users who own boards are free to moderate them how they see fit.
You too can open your own board and moderate it how you like it.
Global team enforces only global rules. We don't question board staff how they moderate their own boards as long as they also keep global rules.

As for your concerns. What I read in the thread your posts were viewed as shistposts and were removed according to the board rules.

We don't mind anyone posting on endchan. Everyone can open a board.

Frankly I don't get it why do you have to be pushy about this. Why would you need the content you posted right there in that thread. You were offered to open a new thread on /rus/ judging from the replies you got.
And I told you you can open a board anytime. Or post on another board where they allow your content there.
