If this doesn't clear up in a day, I'll delete the host key and restart the tor daemon, you can check the https:// site of the new onion address and check the sha256 fingerprint to verify that its the same service/website server (just with a new onion address). This method solved the problem the last time that it happened on onion v2. I guess someone didn't like my Gentoo kernel config ...
