Who is "we"? Us, ourselves, on this IB don't have any such authority. You did have a point, though partially. The 'war on drugs' was only to enhance the careers of corrupt pieces of shit. I was in school during the D.A.R.E. program which was bad enough to cause kids to pursue drugs.
