That's probably for the best. I used to work a job that hired almost nothing but degenerates to "help them out, put them back in their feet, and give them a second chance in life"

They then proceeded to fuck everything up, do a bunch of drugs WHILE ON THE JOB, sexually harass a lot of out female clients(who obviously never came back to our company again), and make the company I was in lose a lot of money. Sometimes they even stole the money themselves straight from under us, but nobody said anything because "let's not be mean guyszz/I don't wanna tell on them to the manager boo hoo"

They would do all that shit and then quit without saying anything, or stay in the company as fucking promoted supervisors still doing the same bad shit they used to do before they got hired. lol

A leopard never changes its spots, I suppose.
