This is not a gym. I mean, people are stupid and picky. If it's something small like that, maybe include it. Sometimes people choose different places to live if it has an amenity included. i.e - Free washer/dryer. Dogpark. Free parking. A workshed. Some stupid shit like that. How much would it even be to include some gym equipment. A few grands? Maybe try people from out of town that don't know much about the area. Or adding something else. Not sure.
