Possibly. I'm just not aware of it.

A mobile AI, such as an android, would have it's own power supply. As for EMP fren, they can be fitted with RF shielding. I WANT to bring something like Tay AI into mobile reality. It just seems like a pipe dream. What would I have to master? Crafting and prosthetics, electrical engineering and mechanics for the body itself. Neurology, software engineering, programming code, network architecture and UX designing for the brain plus operating system. Roboticism ain't easy.
