There are circumstances that COINTEL astroturfed groups are functionally useful for White Nationalism.

In their attempts to hijack movements, they have to first use their resources to impersonate them. If the movement is based on actual goals rather than personalities or symbols, then in order to impersonate they must promote those goals to hijack the movement. When they terminate their group, they will still have shifted the overton window and will have to have broken through the neo-Bolshevik terror and intimidation campaigns. 

If your movement's message consists of actual objectives rather than personality cult figures, buzzwords, and symbols, then just the attempt to hijack it will cause them to gain ground for you and they can do minimal damage to the movement.

The COINTEL strategy is to kill movements by creating negative associations with the symbols of the movement and by eliminating or capturing leadership of the movement. But in the case of White Nationalism which operates almost entirely out of the public eye, they have to create visible movements and introduce them to the public through media first to destroy them. If White Nationalism sticks to objectives, remains decentralized or underground, and uses symbols as disposable shifting things, then all the money pumped into COINTEL will actually just advance the cause.

The reality is by the time they get their shit together to actually discredit White Nationalism from white people's perspective, White Nationalism will have already taken over and their bosses will blacksite them for being neo-Bolshevik foreign agents.

The talent that the USA's agencies once possessed no longer supports it, but that doesn't prevent all the talented Whites from working towards their own objectives of returning Western states to White Nationalism and turning back the tide of soft power invasion by foreign nationals.

What I'm saying is, don't worry to much about these groups that are trying to compromise White Nationalism as long as they aren't infiltrating existing groups, but are instead putting resources into creating groups and followings of as of yet uncommitted individuals. If they start doing meaningfully damaging things we can shut them down. 

Underground White Nationalists have very stringent loyalty tests to weed out infiltrators or dig them so deep that even if they're a Federal agent they'll be working for the White Nationalists from then on. Some are untouchable at this point. If the Feds touch them they’ll just get dragged off and their agency will inform their peers they retired because they can’t risk a direct confrontation with these groups or mass defection of agents because of their acknowledgment that the agents can be held personally accountable for targeting some White Nationalists.

The objective of White Nationalism is to return Western Nations to sovereignty, to eliminate all foreign agents running soft power campaigns with the goal of genociding Whites and foreign take over of Western states, and to expel the invaders that have illegally entered and taken up residence in our countries while an illegitimate sham elected governments sabotaged national defense and lied to them, saying they were citizens.

When that's done, we can then sort out the rest of the stuff. Nothing else matters if Whites are genocided, so it should take priority over everything else.

The CIA's model of doing this is to combine their objectives with existing illicit networks since the illicit aspect of it is what maintains funding and keeps all members of it quiet, since discovery would take them down too. The problem with the CIA is that they made dumb arrangements with other networks, taking spies from foreign criminal networks into their leadership and organizations. The result was the whole thing was compromised while they told themselves they could handle it.

Combining covert assassination of foreign nationals in bulk by poisoning with existing drug networks as a White Nationalist cartel could work to solve the West's current problems. 

By using blackmarkets for funding and cover, they could take over other institutions to finance more projects and select from the population the best to form the basis of a new Western gene pool.

For instance, they could take over the banking industry through blackmarkets, gaining leverage over them and demanding their people be put in charge of banking there, then give interest free loans to the remaining Whites that are White Nationalists to grow their numbers, like how Jews do for their own group.

If they take the banks, they would have infinite money for all their other projects.

By just creating a loyalty test on existing institutions, requiring them to be White Nationalist, those institutions will become effective arms of White Nationalism.

Currently the loyalty test in the USA is for anti-White sentiment and that is why government, banking, and corporations have been weaponized against Whites.

It doesn't matter if it's just a car rental company, all the leadership should be tested to ensure they are White Nationalists.

A loyalty test doesn't have to be overt asking someone if they're a White Nationalist, and it's better not to do that because that is something infiltrators can easily bypass.

The most exclusive underground White Nationalist groups require you to kill a politician, a Fed, their kids, or a foreign national that is a threat to Whites that they have captured and if you don't do it, you get killed instead. Even if they were an infiltrator, if they pass the test then they're committed to White Nationalism from then onward.

But you can have other things to provoke a reaction and see if they speak up against anti-White things. If they do they get a promotion, if not you fire them and blackball them from the industry because when it came down to it they wouldn't do the right thing.

Any White Nationalist in control of any institution should do this. It's a simple way to ensure the institution isn't hijacked by anti-Whites since everyone in the leadership positions will function autonomously for White interests.
