Not likely. For 8 years of drambass and 2 years of non-war, the Donetsk Water Treatment Plant no longer treats any water.

Pyni had one only reasonable chance - to encircle the Donetsk group of the AFU at the very beginning of the Goyda, without any fuckin' raids from Belarus, and bomb the surrounded with everything that is. But the chance was fucked up. All that remains is just agony before the inevitable moment, when Pynyaregim simply will not be able to field combat-ready troops to the front, dislodging them into strategic dead ends and recruiting an ordinary chipmunk instead of the dead.
Everyone kicks at PMW, but forgets that even with rotations and lulls, all patriotic patriots fucked off voluntarily and with song in the first couple of years, after which the front began to reel from internal riots.
