39 victims of terrorism, including the victims of the October 7 disaster, filed a lawsuit in the district court of Florida (USA) worth hundreds of millions of dollars, demanding the application of the American law on the prevention of terrorism (ATA) against the organization “Students for justice in Palestine” (SJP).
The lawsuit alleges that the SJP, created by Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood, supports terror targeting Jews and Israelis and provides Hamas with financial and “operational support.”
It also detailed how Hamas has secretly expanded its presence on campuses and colleges in the United States over the past two decades, and, thanks to the support and assistance received from the SJP, has effectively created an anti-Semitic student wing that targets Jewish students.
Students for Justice in Palestine has about 200 branches on U.S. campuses, which have opened their doors wide to members of the blacklisted Muslim Americans for Palestine.
Nitsana Darshan-Leitner, president of the rights group Shurat HaDin, said it was “time to expose the true face of SJP and remove the masks of those who encourage terrorism and violence throughout the United States.” They are neither innocent nor peaceful. These are the same terrorists who killed thousands of innocent people, tortured and raped women, men and children. We must act urgently against them, for they will spread violence and hatred throughout the country, just as they did in Israel on October 7. Is America Ready for Its Own October 7?
