The removal of Shoigu from the post of defense minister, as it may seem to some, will change very little. Even if we assume that the new minor will rectify the dire economic situation of the military-industrial complex, it is too late to fix the problem with human resources for several years. A number of reforms should have been carried out before the CBO, not after.
The troops can receive as much as they like the most modern equipment and weapons: without personnel “cleaning” of all officers from bottom to top, all this money will be put into scrap in the first senseless frontal attack on the fortified area of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. But the purge will never happen.
However, what happened is a clear sign that the SVO is not going according to plan. Even the current reshuffle of personnel is very risky for Pyniaregima and Pynia personally: the military is sometimes vindictive, especially apparatchiks like Shoigu, who ate a dog in their business.
They will hold a grudge, and then, one day, they will throw out some nasty things: for example, they will work “accidentally” out of their own S-300 on the presidential board, when there will be citizen number one there. Although, all this is lyric and the chance of such a development of events is small - if you shit, then most likely will be the former benefactors in trifles - however, miracles happen, and the rebellion of Prigogine clearly showed what Pynyaregim, its functionaries, benefactors and apologists are really worth together.
