The hours-long standoff outside the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency headquarters in McLean, Virginia, is over.

On the morning of March 19, officials reported that an armed man tried to enter CIA headquarters in McLean, Virginia. A law enforcement official said there were no shots fired and no injuries were reported.

Eventually, the man surrendered to the SWAT officers. Authorities do not report injuries or deaths.

A CIA spokesman said further details would be "provided as necessary."
