I'm here in light of the latest vibratory shaking decided to just sort it out and here's what happens. Recent nuclear tests have been carried out:
USSR - 24 October 1990,
United Kingdom – 26 November 1991,
United States - September 23, 1992
France - 27 January 1996,
China - July 29, 1996
India - 11 and 13 May 1998,
Pakistan - 28 and 30 May 1998,
Best Korea - September 3, 2017.

In September 1996, the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty was signed (not ratified by India and Pakistan). The best Korea, of course, didn't sign, much less ratify, because it didn't have nuclear weapons in 1996. The first test was conducted on October 9, 2006.

It turns out that Svinarnik has not conducted a single nuclear test during its entire existence. Due to the constant inflating of the cheeks and blowing bubbles from the nose of the Pig, I had the Mandela effect and I was sure that the Pignarnik nuclear tests were being carried out regularly, according to plan, in strict accordance with the schedule. That's what it is.
