Well, Iran/Iraq are quietly different cases - they had a leading ideology that allowed them to do anything in the name of Allah for the past centuries, and they sincerely believe in what they are doing. With Pidorashkas we can remember the famous quote of General Dudaev "Russians do not believe in anything, they have no God and no ideology" if I remember correctly. It may be not true for the Pidor and the Pidor's government, but it is definitely true for the average villager from the regions - it is enough to remember how fast orthodox Christians became atheistic communists and back to the orthodox Christians, despite most of them never ever read neither the Bible nor the Marx's Capital.
It is possible to brainwash them, but it should take at least two generations living under a theocratic dictatorship, and Pidor fucked up even this part, he forgot to properly inject theocracy into dictatorship, kek.
