And this guy on the screenshot  >>/749216/ talks about contrails, so the weather modification I posted about is very much relevant to that. There are documents that prove that techniques to change weather were used which can be mistook for condensation trails of airplanes. Except most of them are above clouds so people from the ground would not see them, since seeding is done in existing clouds. It's fog dispersion essentially.
