I was checking on that domain in late 2022/early 2023, It had been online at one point earlier but when in the insistence picture here friendshipismagic.org leads to a non-configured/broken site with a folder titled "hazbin". Clicking around (I don't recall the details) I found it both listed as Hazbin under the freindshipismagic.org domain and was redirected to a hazbinhotel.org. My speculation is that the owner was toying with starting a fan forum for Hazbin Hotel and abandoned. I found the Hazbin Hotel domain archived, but the site is just in the same state pictured above: https://web.archive.org/web/20200115181816/http://hazbinhotel.org/ Or just the default Apache server page in Ubuntu: https://web.archive.org/web/20211204091403/http://hazbinhotel.org/ All other entries are either 404 or just domain resister people. I am going to look through my archives (scattered as they may be) and other places and see if I can find anything else relating to the site.
