Goodness, with all the outages happening recently it feels like one really needs to be prepared for a major internet disruption soon or something.Not to have an air of conspiracy and ominousness. Need to be prepared for it though.

Surveillance of this and it's impact I consider something under /go/ and here, at least in sense of it affecting the fandom.
