She, along with Skystar, has the biggest number of artworks in Derpibooru. The most popular character from the movie by far. 
Again, we didn´t expect her until the last year. The movie brought a lot of surprises and fun in general. She is not as edgy as she looks but tries to do it for her horn. 
Her song (Open Up Your Eyes) is considered a highlight as well. 
So yeah, we like Tempest...and not only for her edginess.
