This pic is interesting. There a huge disparity in the styles of the pony, magic around her horn, and the golden aura in the background. I first thought this pic was just an unskilled artist, but the celestia doesn't look half bad if he was going for a cartoony style and the magic symbol around the horn actually looks pretty nice, if he had stuck to one style I think it would look better.
