Well, there are pictures and pictures....and they still come from Deviantart. I think that either the internet has normalized them too much or that the artists have found a way to draw them with more "consistency" (to put describe it in some way).

Now, you are always going to find big piles of trash out there but considering that there are filters, tools and a lot of tags....well, one should know what you would expect and what one should play and visit. I suppose that mentality helps to look for an artist´s own public and consumers. And yes, even if it´s a concept one could hate, that doesn´t prevent some comments of comparison, personal views and appreciation. 

I suppose the main points come from there. That and not forcing them too much into people that don´t look forward to that material. I don´t remember where I read this (it was probably a clickbait article) but it said that direct sexual images for marketing don´t increase sales for a product unrelated to it. I suppose that for clop material it kind of works like that, a joy at private and for the NSFW circles but too deviant for ordinary people that only look for safe and material for everyone.

she basically has become a tradition to get a couple of daily threads about her and get easy replies for a short time. There are a few picture on Derpi about her (the Patreon ones are impressive) and while she brings nothing to the table at this point, you cannot avoid to associate her with /mlp/....mostly because her relevancy comes from there (more than Past Sins even). If you want the semi-ironic love, I would start by finding the actual good-looking images in order to cause a big contrast to her nature.

Not everything is playing a chess game of two sides. Just before being a mindless fool, I would recommend studying the topic first or think twice before doing something you would regret. Even then, I have fucked up several times but the personal project ended up with fanfics....and those fails make you think, what´s next then? And that´s when you fix them.
