These seaponies look like the ones near Bikini Atoll. They are of mostly intact forms but very irregular proportions and possible have lowered mental capabilities.

Now these look like someponies escaped science experiments. Maybe some mutants in here but 2 looks like she has been amputated. Some look a little melted!

All I was able to find was this on Twi, and the best one here, Pinkie Pie, the actual seapony herself is not machine generated. I guess seaponies would require some specific training to get right.
