Or there's the form at the bottom of the page. Check the checkbox next to the post which you guys deem illegal, then fill out that form.
1. Give a "Reason" - concise description why do you report,
2. then check "Global" so it will reported to those who have global moderation rights, otherwise it gets reported to the BO general rule of thumb: which crosses board rules report it to BO, which crosses global rules report it globally.
3. Fill out captcha (you might wanna reload it first with Reload button),
4. then click report.
