the QRV board on voat is anonymized, meaning you CANT earn CCP (content contribution points) if you only use QRV
so you will always have those limits
thankfully there is a /GreatAwakening board that is NOT anonymized, so you can earn CCP there posting/ replying to the same kind of content you would on /QRV
but its a pretty fucking lame setup
many anons (as you have discovered) don't make it that far, and end up stuck in rate-limited containment land
