I think the lapel pin is a tell. He's showing congress he knows why cloudflare pulled the plug. What's with the flag tie pin? It looks like the Confederate flag imposed upon another flag. 
Random observations. Wearing a suit and tie is not in this guys makeup. The wrinkled tie, borrowed sport coat, WalMart shirt, stubble, and ungroomed hair are clear signs that he just doesn't GAF. Surprised his glasses aren't taped together. Kek, he's a good fit.
