> Please don't start crying 'shill baker' at the drop of a hat
Yes
> so-called bakers unions
I was on cuckchan for the Bakers' Union and they tried to drag me into it - sekrit dischord, some other chat you hadda sign up for. I said NO THANKS. The tripfaggotry and namefagging caused a lot of problems for everyone. We switched chans, that part continued until tripcodes had to all be done away with, save Qs. That helped a lot.
I stay out of the drama with bakers/BO unless it's dire (we have had a tripfagging/famefagging BO - it was hard times. Even 'notables creek' let anons hash it out.
I'm not a baker, just an anon who signed up for a specific task in the very beginning. I don't have favorite or favored bakers. It's just guys fulfilling a specific task, like me. We do our task as best we can.

BO - 2 jobs ONLY: create the space to work (the board), ensure illegal content is not there/delete if so
Bakers - 1 job: bake breads (facilitate our place to work).

> don't accuse anybody of anything without real, tangible evidence of fuckery--way too much of that already.
ABSOLUTELY. If someone observes something untoward, make a note, keep notes so if it comes to it, you can back up what you have observed. But accusations flying around happen too often. It's far too easy for shills to fling them and then pipe up to support themselves (here with no UserID at all, but even with UserID they know how to get around that to make themselves appear more numerous and as different anons). They are used to cause problems (divide, distract, deflect, leech attention of anons away from being productive). You can tell who is serious about having observed some sort of fuckery and whose causing problems if you step back and observe.

> Many unknowns are spot bakers tho--not shills.
New bakers are typically nervous and screw some small thing(s) up the first few times. Not everyone can jump in and handle it seemlessly! Even experienced bakers make mistakes. People need to give new bakers room and understanding.

I think part of the stress on bakers, having observed from the beginning, is the over-reliance on the General threads. Having dig-topic threads that are more active would slow down the General threads (in theory). Of course, when Q posts, everything goes lightning fast (hopefully we won't have 50 'HI Q, I LOVE YOUUUU!!!' posts, but we will) and the max pressure on Bakers then. Probably not avoidable.

I don't have any good answers to how to solve the issue of trust between bakers, BO/bakers, anons/bakers. It seemed to me that it was working fairly well before 8ch got cut off. The bitchcrtying about 'shill bakers' was shill-driven and clearly meant to exploit a tiny crack into a ravine-size problem (shills work in teams and support each other to make it seem like multiple people). It usually got worked out.

We're always kind of in a state of transition, have you noticed that? Either from one topic Q brings up, an event, a real [HAPPENING], a meme op or moving /boards/ or whatever. Always adapt and overcome - change focus, change tactics, change our minds to change others' minds. We do it together and we will prevail.

Thank you all for all you do.
