Goofy half-insane gay people can say whatever they want on social media, because it would be hateful discrimination to censor them. Jim is either rambling intentional nonsense to lead his opponents down rabbit holes, or most likely - everything he says is phrased in obscure chan culture references so that only lifelong channers will get what he's talking about.
