Depends. I have 3 IP's perma band and other issues. A short ban can be avoided using cookies removal and a new browser, BUT another ban using the same IP is a perma ban. 
AND while you can post the most vile rule violating shit, if you are a Q poster it's quite nasty and swift. As usual, half/pol is a cesspit not for the uninitiated.
