Well-articulated, anon. We are fortunate to have a place to post but the situation is not ideal. But nobody else stepped up to create a site like this (not blaming anyone, i lack the experience--as many of us do). 
Frustrating but Q followers are always dealing with obstacles of all kinds, must put up with whatever comes up and just keep going--and encouraging one another. Anons are tough, must be tough, to bear it, o7.
