I know you probably don't want to hear this, but Botox may be the answer. Works for me (several years now) but then I have good insurance. What may be happening for you is that a blood vessel is very close to a nerve that controls the side of your face. As it pulsates, it triggers the nerve. Something that may help is to rub your in one of two places - off a couple or three inches to the side of the crown of your head or else at the base of your skull a couple three inches away from your spine. Do it on the side of your head that has the twitch. Best of luck and prayers for your problems.
