Just wanting to add that I am still not 100% convinced that "Lucid Publishing" is what it's all about.
Maybe I have missed some clues/hints, but there's quite a number of "Lucid"s out there:
Lucid Motors, Lucid Software, Lucid Dreams, Lucid Technologies etc.

As for another one:
Lucid Issuer Services Ltd, I have found a (weak) connection to Ukraine/Poroshenko, as Lucid IS Ltd  is the trustee of Metinvest, a ukrainian company (mostly steel/coal).

At least partly, Metinvest is owned by Rinat Akhmetov, an oligarch who is said to be a close friend of Poroshenko.

Akhmetov is/was also heavily involved in Ukrainian gas/energy.
Not saying it's this exact Lucid, just wondering for what reasons anons would be focussing on Lucid Publishing specifically in relation to McCain/Graham/Ukraine.
