Haha, well even if it was CP, if you don't have the keyphrase they couldn't do much to you. They would have to actually break the encryption and prove it's CP first, then they would have to prove you knew it was on your computer.

Regarding the archive, I can confirm that the file size is about right for a short video clip in the 3 or 4 minute range I'd guess, assuming potato quality normally found in snuff films.
