Hey Anons, is there a standard approach ro letter substitution? Do you look at the MISSING letters or the MISSPELLED letters. In this Q post he used the word SUSPECTABLE where one would expect the word SUSCEPTIBLE.

PEC becomes CEP, and the A in “-able” becomes an I in “-ible”. 

Interestingly, a search for CEP yielded the CENTER FOR EVIDENCE-BASED PSYCHIATRY (see link) which is concerned abouut the use of psychotropic drugs and how they have side-effects such as suicide, among orhers.
