Sorry fren, I don't think that's a good starting place at all. They could be from Uranus for all I care. I don't think ethnicity or citizen status is a necessary correlation variable in any corruption investigation. To think it is, would lead people to believe one is racist or biased in the least. IMHO So, NO not critical or a point to consider at all
