One Advantage of anonymous speech
Just watched Sean Hannity NOT mention Ciaramella's name AGAIN--C's lawyers have apparently threatened to sue anyone who does so. As a result, nobody at FOX or other large media outlets can say a word.
The only people who can freely name him are those who have no money (nothing to lose) or those who have no identity (no one to sue).
Benjamin Barr, the lead lawyer for Project Veritas--and who has defended 8chan and Jim Watkins--points out the advantages of anonymous political speech in his law review article: http://www.uwyo.edu/law/_files/docs/wy%20law%20review/v14%20n1/barr-klein.pdf
