Flynn attorney demands FBI search internal database, claims FBI manipulated interview notes

Sydney Powell discuss new court filing:

FBI says changes were grammatical and stylistic, but Flynn lawyer claims substantial changes were made by Stzrok and they have text messages which corroborate her claim. Syndey also states that the original 302 the gov claims she doesn't need to see because changes were only grammatical and stylistic, they can't find, it's missing. She says that means it must be destroyed, which there would be evidence of that. She also states the gov mixed up the agents communications, which the gov just admitted that "We were informed that the notes we had identified as Peter Stzrok's, were the other agent's notes... and what we had identified as the other agent's notes were in fact Peter Stzrok's notes... We understand that this has caused some confusion and we regret our error". Flynn lawyer says "Well, it's a rather crucial point of their case, the entire their case against Mr. Flynn depends on what the other agent said that he said in the interview that they didn't warn him about or you know, take any verbatim recording of or anything like that. So their entire case depends on what these 2 agents said, and now we're realizing 18 months later, they're looking at their file and realizing that, oh by the way, we got the names of the 2 agents crossed on the notes. The notes you thought that were Mr. Strzok's, that we told you were Mr. Stzrok's are not, they're the other agent's and visa versa."
She wants Judge Sullivan to issue all the docs out of the original FBI file and produce the missing 302.
