According to the doc's this was filed in Elpaso Court 10/29/19. Something that stands out here on the first page is this:
Cause No: 2019 DVC, (Shouldn't this say Case No)
Pages 3&4..should be carefully viewed..Tried to go to the courthouse dockets for verification and case# ..unavailable, Not sure if its possible to access this. Also no sure if this is a authentic document.

According to the docs this was filed on 10/30/19, its very difficult to read due to blurriness..almost looks like this was done through an old fax machine.
