Regarding Qpost 3580 yesterday, specifically, the Woodrow Wilson quote: 

The quote is from a speech delivered on the Fourth of July, 1918 at Mt Vernon, the home and resting place of George Washington, known for his warning against the United States becoming involved in foreign entanglements. 

The link to the article contains the full speach by Wilson which article in the headline states signals the “death knell of militarism” (and foreign entanglements.) 

I believe this is the message we are getting from the quote.
