IMHO not. Looking at the ears. Guy on right- earlobes turn out. Not so with guy on left. 
But that nose. Reminds me of a cartoon where dude takes off a disguise (glasses and nose) to teveal the same face underneath. His nose always looks fake. A skin shade seems lighter in many pics of him. Never darker like with a sunburn.
