...The random thought of water contained in Saturn's rings. Maybe Neptune was a water source, during the unraveling of the planetary alignment. Much plasma arcing and displaced material thrown into the sky, to rain down upon the land. Planets close enough to have a planetary material/atmosphere/energy exchange.
