Mrs. Menzani is survived by a son, Carlos O. Ullua of Atlantic City and his wife, Antonia; a daughter, Monica F. Corsi of Denville and her husband, Jerome R.; and four grandchildren, Monica, Andrew, Stephanie and Alexis.
