 >>/45557/ this is interesting.  I found this article from the Daily Miner newspaper in Prescott AZ from the 1890's.  W. W. Vanderbilt was a local resident who operated mines.  One of the mines was called the Bob Ingersoll mine.  Bob Ingersoll was a famous Atheist at the time. The article says the mine was just a stones throw from Prescott. It looks like he was rubbing elbows with Morris Goldwater.
