Jim has said in his video[1], that 8 chan will come back after his testimony before the House Commitee on Homeland Security and until that happens, he voluntarily takes it down. Now we know when will that happen, because today he received a subpoena[2] - and so the testimony will happen on the 5th of September[3]. So unless he changes his mind, it's yet going to be 3 weeks without 8 chan.
