Thanks for responding, this rocked my world. Am a seriously responsible person, do not like letting people down. Sorry about burn out you're experiencing, I understand--bakers make light of it, but it was pretty bad. 

One thing I can do that may help--to develop training materials for bakers on endchan. I have done so for QR; there are 2 docs online in QR/QRB doughs; have all of the ones done by anybody, tho--I'm the one who posts them in the dough. Am creating another doc for complete beginners to do E-bakes. Also can be adapted for endchan (just need a few little changes and some feedback from you for accuracy). 

Where are all the 8chan bakers?
IDK, haven't met up with any. Despite the flap from BO & company about baker's union, we don't communicate off line. Have no idea how to reach anyone, too bad /comms/ board is on 8chan.
