Philip Stark turns up again here:
 >>/10162/ Key member of OSET Institute, Open Source Election Technology Inst., a shadowy org that wants open source code using for voting:
The OSET Institute is about researching, developing, and making innovative public election technology (i.e., publicly available open source technology subject to an OSI-accredited license for production uses, and AGPL3 for all other research and some production applications) in order to increase verification, accuracy, security, and transparency (in process), and ensure that ballots are counted as cast.

More on OSET from Resource Thread: >>/10161/, >>/10164/, >>/10165/
OSET is also where Eddie Perez is from - the guy brought on Fox by Smartmatic as a "neutral" source to refute Sidney P's claim that Smartmatic was involved in 2020 election fraud. Worked at HartInterCivic b4 coming to OSET - has patents. Will probably add something below on that. >>/10161/ - >>/10166/.

We already know that NH audit = coverup (GEMS coverup--)
Here we see a vid clip of Philip Stark LYING about what went down in NH: >>/10020/
The discussants include experts able to verify that he was lying about the capabilities of GEMS software to connect election machines with the net.

Now Stark is apparently suing the EAC - WHY???
