The failure of the Vatican bank (as with JPI or back to the usurpation by the creation of the Italian state in the 1800s, funded by the Rothschilds?)?  
The way Sonny is taking the family legitimate, but fails (Is Hunter trying to do this?)?  
The death of the daughter?  
Relinquishing power to an non-family outsider?  
There are many "QAnon" theories.  Q themselves have not, and likely cannot clarify.
