Someone said 8BO's & BVs lurk here, thought this was a better place to ask exactly why (especially given phone authentication is now enforced) anime anon is allowed 50+ posts of pure disruption, unchecked, undeleted, thread after thread? I would love any sensible explanation as to why this continues and no permabans or post removals are enacted?
