This film was part of General Electric's "More Power to America" campaign encouraging infrastructure investment and was released as "Pipeline to the Clouds." On March 8, 1983, Ronald Reagan declared the Soviet Union an "Evil Empire" in a speech to the National Association of Evangelicals.
