The Presidency: First Lady Nancy Reagan Postage Stamp. First lady Jill Biden participated in the unveiling of former first lady Nancy Reagan's postage stamp at the White House. She spoke about the late Mrs. Reagan's grace and dedication to the role and nation. Mrs. Reagan was in the White House from 1981 to 1989. She passed away in March 2016 at the age of 94. Anne Peterson, Reagan's niece, also delivered remarks.

Vietnam War Veterans Monument Dedication. The Richard Nixon Presidential Library and Museum dedicated a new monument to Vietnam War veterans -- on the 50th anniversary of the 1973 Paris Peace Accords. Some 100 veterans of that war were present at the ceremony, co-hosted by the Richard Nixon Foundation in Yorba Linda, California.
