I hope the media coverage of the Hamas errant missile strike will be a cause for introspection amongst journalists. 
The most respected outlets published false and unverified claims from a terror group as fact.

In doing so they incited violence throughout the region that put many lives at risk including our diplomats and military members stationed abroad.
